T2 Replaces Imported ECM Software With Russian Platform
All document management and business process workflows are now handled by the Russian ECM platform SED TEZIS (Document Management System TEZIS).

Telecommunications operator T2 has completely phased out foreign software for business process and document management. Those functions are now performed by the ECM platform SED TEZIS (Document Management System TEZIS). The platform processes up to 2 million documents every day and maintains stable performance during peak workloads of up to 3,000 simultaneous user sessions.
"Completing the deployment of a domestic ECM platform marks an important milestone in our transition to Russian software. We not only eliminated a significant amount of technical debt and outdated architecture but also accelerated development, making our internal services more convenient for employees," said Dmitry Popov, T2's deputy CEO for information technology.
Popov added that the platform's developer continues to improve the product through regular updates, allowing the company to introduce its own enhancements more quickly and further improve operational efficiency.
