FSTEC Certificate Opens Government Systems and CII Facilities to JaCarta-3
Aladdin has received certificate No. 5111 from the Russian Federal Service for Technical and Export Control for its JaCarta-3 MFA multifactor authentication suite. The document is valid until September 17, 2031.

The certificate permits the suite's use in government information systems, at critical information infrastructure facilities, and in work involving state secrets at trust levels 2 and 4. The product line includes JaCarta-3 USB tokens and smart cards, SecurBIO biometric devices, and the Unified JaCarta Client and Aladdin SecurLogon software. The latter supports login on Linux, including Astra Linux, RED OS, and Alt. In Windows environments, login can be configured without deploying a complex public key infrastructure.
SecurBIO devices match fingerprints directly on the device itself, so biometric data are not transmitted to external databases.
The certification comes amid tightening FSTEC Russia requirements, the introduction of GOST R 56939-2024, and the replacement of foreign Yubico, Thales, and RSA tokens with domestic solutions featuring GOST cryptography.
