Chelyabinsk Electrical Equipment Plant plans to introduce its proprietary SCADA platform, 4Z Dispetcher, to international markets in the near future. Alexey Kamynin, the company's director, announced the plans during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2025.

4Z Dispetcher is a cloud-based software platform designed to manage electrical switchgear and thermal power equipment. The service can be accessed from both desktop computers and smartphones. The system is compatible with equipment from any manufacturer and is designed for rapid deployment at industrial facilities. Beyond continuously monitoring operating parameters, the platform compares incoming data against regulatory benchmarks and can provide early warnings about potential equipment failures.

The first export markets for 4Z Dispetcher are expected to be countries in the Middle East and North Africa. The plant's equipment already operates successfully under extreme climatic conditions, making the platform a strong fit for those regions.
