Lukhovitsy Libraries Now Confirm Benefits Without Paperwork
Digital tools that simplify access to library benefit services have become available to Lukhovitsy residents. Eligibility for discounted services can now be confirmed without paper documents.

Digital services have been introduced in Lukhovitsy's libraries. The foundation is the MAX Digital ID, which can be obtained directly at the library. It allows users to confirm a range of statuses, including student, pensioner, member of a large family, and person with a disability. It can also be used to confirm age. As a result, library visitors no longer need to carry paper documents with them.
The service is also available to participants in the special military operation, for whom a separate option is provided. Their status can be confirmed via a QR code from the Gosuslugi app. It is enough to present the code to a library staff member, who will verify the data through a secure service.
If residents have questions about setting up the MAX Digital ID or confirming benefit status, library staff will be glad to help.
