VestLink Group, a Skolkovo resident and Russian developer of business management software, has released an update to its Tsifrovoi Upravlenets Linkage (Digital Executive Linkage) ecosystem.

Tsifrovoi Upravlenets Linkage is a business management platform built on consolidated data from all organizational units. In the latest update, the developer focused on simplifying the interface and introduced an AI assistant as the primary tool for user interaction.

An AI Assistant for Simple Interaction

The key addition is the AI assistant module, which allows users to generate reports, charts, and analytical summaries directly within a chat interface. Users can simply ask a question in text or issue a voice command, after which the system processes the data and delivers the result.

The assistant is powered by large language models and supports two operating modes. Answers to simple queries are generated in real time, while more complex tasks are handled through asynchronous analysis with detailed analytical breakdowns.

“Our goal is to remove the barrier between people and complex analytics technologies. Numbers should ‘speak’ the language of business. With the new AI assistant, executives can literally have a conversation with their data and get in minutes what previously took analysts hours of manual work,” said Dmitry Soloma, chief information officer at VestLink Group.

From Any Device

The Linkage ecosystem now supports PWA (Progressive Web App) technology. The system can be installed on a smartphone or tablet in a single click and used as a full-featured application. Executives gain continuous access to key metrics, notifications about critical events, and business management tools while outside the office.

New Modules and Updated Analytics

The update introduces four new modules covering the full business process management cycle. These include the AI assistant, an event manager, a messaging module, and data showcases that enable users to work with tables directly within the system.

Visualization tools have also been expanded, with new chart types, interactive maps of Russia, and flexible data display settings.

Convenience in the Details

The interface has become more ergonomic. The date-range calendar has been fully redesigned, the login screen unified, and password recovery simplified. A SQL query preview has been added, speeding up the debugging of complex reports.

The update makes Tsifrovoi Upravlenets Linkage more accessible to users without deep technical expertise.
