Digital Concierge Platform Expands Across Russia
The Mazhordom platform is set to unify services for residents, property managers, and developers in a single app

The Mazhordom (digital concierge platform) ecosystem will be deployed in the Vdokhnovenie residential complex in Kaliningrad, according to IT company FilosofT. The app will bring together services for residents, property management companies, and developers under a single interface.
Residents will be able to submit maintenance requests, access neighborhood chats, view news and polls, use video surveillance and archived footage, manage intercom systems, issue temporary access passes, enable license plate recognition for entry, pay utility bills, access a marketplace of goods and services, book shared spaces, and control smart apartment features.
For property managers, the platform enables request tracking, task assignment, deadline monitoring, preventive maintenance scheduling, analytics and reporting, and management of staff and contractors.
Streamlining Operations
A separate module will focus on digitizing apartment handover and acceptance processes. Before scheduling the procedure, users will be able to confirm or update their personal data directly in the mobile app. The system also introduces a fast-track option to launch acceptance procedures across an entire building, automatically adding units that have not yet been handed over.
Earlier reports said that residential complexes in Moscow tested a new Mazhordom feature—a digital assistant powered by GigaChat.
