NSCAR to Showcase Industrial Vehicle Monitoring System
Russian developer NSCAR, known for its transport safety and video monitoring technologies, is preparing to present a new monitoring system designed for mining operations. The company will demonstrate its specialized solutions at an industry exhibition scheduled for March 18–20 at the Novosibirsk Expocentre.

The monitoring system designed for mining equipment and industrial infrastructure combines several technologies into a unified safety platform. It includes video surveillance for heavy machinery, intelligent driver-assistance features, and systems that monitor driver condition in real time. The solution also incorporates industrial night-vision cameras, the cloud-based video monitoring platform NSCAR.online, and portable personal video recorders used by employees.
When deployed at an enterprise, the system creates a unified real-time safety perimeter across production operations. Experience gained in the mining sector serves as a strong validation for scaling the technology into adjacent industries. Over the coming years, similar monitoring systems could become common at mining companies, metallurgical plants and energy enterprises. Such technologies are particularly relevant for geographically large and remote industrial sites – open-pit mines, underground operations and oil and gas fields.
An important aspect of the system is that it is built on Russian video monitoring technologies and industrial Internet of Things infrastructure. Beyond improving safety, the platform can help reduce accident rates and workplace injuries, increase the efficiency of mining equipment utilization and provide management and regulators with full operational transparency.

The presentation of these solutions at an international exhibition also signals the company’s intention to align with the global Industrial Safety Tech trend – the growing adoption of digital monitoring systems to improve safety in industrial environments.
Safety as a Core Industrial Priority
Russia ranks third globally in the number of surveillance cameras, behind only the United States and China. The country is also among the top three in terms of sector growth.
As industrial systems expand and become more complex, the need to ensure safety for both workers and heavy equipment increases proportionally. The industry is still searching for optimal solutions, combining multiple technologies to achieve reliable monitoring and risk prevention. Harsh climatic conditions further raise the bar for developers designing equipment for demanding industrial environments.
NSCAR studied the specific requirements of the mining sector when developing its specialized solution. The Russian manufacturer of professional video monitoring systems for various types of transport has operated in the market for more than twenty years. Over that time the company has established itself as a reliable provider of integrated fleet monitoring systems.

NSCAR’s products comply with Russian regulatory standards, and the hardware is fully certified for use at facilities with heightened transport security requirements. The company has built trust among its partners not only through the quality of its technologies but also through the reliability of its technical support.
At the exhibition “Dobycha. Obogashcheniye. Metallurgiya 2026 (Mining. Processing. Metallurgy 2026)” the company will demonstrate both onboard equipment and the capabilities of its cloud service NSCAR.online, which enables dispatchers to track vehicle movements in real time. The presentation will also include the RIXET line of wearable personal recorders that integrate with the overall system to document employee actions directly at production sites.
Recognition for the Platform
In 2024 Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade added NSCAR systems to the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products. Obtaining official recognition as domestic software responds to a growing demand among transport, logistics and passenger service companies for trusted national telematics solutions.

On February 17, 2026, the transport safety developer completed the procedure to include its proprietary software platform NSCAR.online in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases maintained by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The platform is a specialized IT product for fleet monitoring that combines streaming online video with vehicle tracking in a single interface.
This official status is critically important for participation in government tenders and large corporate procurement programs. Software with Russian origin certification is often required for compliance with information security regulations.
Toward a New Safety Standard
Industry analysts believe that technologies of this type could eventually become the safety standard for the mining sector. Over the medium term the market is expected to evolve toward intelligent monitoring platforms where video surveillance is combined with video analytics, IoT sensors and predictive analytics systems.
