Yandex Market Rolls Out AI Assistant for Pickup Point Staff

The YandexGPT 5 Pro–powered chatbot helps employees resolve service issues up to 10 times faster.
Yandex Market has become the first Russian e-commerce platform to deploy an AI-powered assistant for staff at order pickup points. The chatbot, called 'Neuroexpert,' helps operators quickly find answers to work-related questions, reducing the load on customer support teams.
Built on the YandexGPT 5 Pro language model, Neuroexpert is trained on the marketplace’s internal knowledge base—including manuals, guides, and training materials. This enables the chatbot to deliver accurate, up-to-date answers to queries like whether an item has been received or how to complete paperwork.
Employees have already embraced the tool: with over 4,000 support requests daily, every tenth issue is now resolved automatically without human intervention. The assistant is integrated directly into the employee dashboard, next to the support chat function.
The AI rollout is part of Yandex Market’s broader strategy to digitize business operations. The technology not only speeds up service but also improves customer experience overall.
