Digital Solutions for Herd Horse Breeding Being Created in Buryatia
They help optimize breeding work.

The Buryat State Agricultural Academy presented a series of solutions aimed at developing herd horse breeding at the Golden Autumn 2026 exhibition. The presentation was delivered by the institution's rector, Belikto Tsybikov.
One of the main developments is the Infoplem: Horse Breeding platform. It consolidates all key information about animals within a single loop: pedigree, evaluation results, measurements, exterior assessment, genotype, test results, and reproduction data. The platform significantly simplifies pairing selection, genomic evaluation, and inbreeding management.
A mobile app, Boniterka: Horse Breeding, is also under development, with launch planned for 2027. It will allow animal records to be kept directly in the herd without an internet connection, with data synchronized later.
The project is aimed at improving the quality of breeding records, digitalizing information, and creating a unified data system for farms and regions.
