Mobile operator MTS is launching personalized virtual assistants that bring artificial intelligence into everyday life.
Russian telecom company MTS has announced the launch of AI-powered personal assistants for users of its youth mobile plan. These digital companions will help subscribers plan workouts, choose outfits, discover movies, books, and restaurants, and even chat casually with their users.
Personalized Style, Fitness, and Lifestyle Guidance
The project’s uniqueness lies in its integration of pre-set interaction scenarios that save users time. Instead of typing complex prompts, customers can simply activate ready-made modes such as “What to Watch/Read” or “Where to Eat” to instantly get personalized recommendations.
Two specialized assistants stand out: an AI fitness coach and an AI stylist. The fitness assistant builds custom workout programs after clarifying goals, fitness levels, and preferences. It provides detailed text instructions for each exercise and tracks progress over time.
The AI stylist performs a similar function for fashion: it curates wardrobe suggestions based on the user’s gender, age, and personal style, can evaluate photos of outfits, and recommend how to refine or enhance a look.
According to MTS, the company plans to expand the system further, creating a seamless AI environment where users can interact with smart assistants across any topic through simple, ready-made scenarios—making communication services not just faster, but more personal, adaptive, and human-like.
