In Russia, Companies Consolidate and Automate Electronic Document Workflow on a Unified Platform
Automation of electronic document processing by Linx and KORUS Consulting cut internal approval times in half.

Cloud provider Linx and KORUS Consulting automated revenue-related document processing on the ELMA365 platform. Linx develops cloud and infrastructure services, provides IaaS and PaaS solutions, and operates Tier III data centers in Moscow and St. Petersburg. As the company expanded, the volume of contractual and financial documentation increased. Approvals were handled through multiple tools, including corporate email and standalone systems, complicating oversight and analytics.
The company needed a single software environment with transparent routing logic aligned with its organizational structure. KORUS Consulting Group became the project partner. The teams selected the low-code BPM platform ELMA365 as the technological foundation.
Flexible Routing and Built-In Compliance
The system now uses an approval matrix that automatically determines document routes based on predefined parameters. Users generate approval sheets, track versions, and make edits within a unified interface. Document status and revision history are visible at every stage of the approval process.
Compliance checks and work with counterparties were also automated. Developers created a unified database of clients and suppliers. These changes produced measurable results.
A Starting Point for Further Digitalization
The project has become a foundation for expanding internal digital services.
