Russia Launches President’s Official Channel on Max Messenger
The new platform promises secure, modern communication tools and now delivers direct updates on the president’s daily activities.

The official channel of Russian President Vladimir Putin has gone live on Max, a domestic messenger app. The channel, verified through other Kremlin sources, will provide subscribers with daily updates on the president’s activities.
Max, the platform powering the messenger, offers users a full suite of modern services: audio and video calls, instant messaging, large file transfers, and even money transfers.
The decision to host the president’s official channel on Max is framed as a sign of confidence in the security and reliability of this Russian-built technology. For citizens, it creates another direct and convenient channel to receive verified information straight from the Kremlin.
Alongside Max, the Kremlin also maintains official communities on other social networks, including VKontakte and Telegram.
