Visitors can choose between two scenarios. In the first, a young Evenki woman serves as a virtual guide and talks about the culture, traditions and everyday life of reindeer herders. In the second, visitors can independently explore objects used by the nomadic people with the help of a digital navigation system.

"It is very important to use modern technologies when creating projects to preserve the culture and traditions of the peoples of Transbaikal, as these technologies are more interesting and accessible to children and young people today. This makes our museums in the region not just places where artifacts are stored, but centers for the development of information resources," said Transbaikal Culture Minister Alyona Yachmeneva.

Museum staff worked on the project for six months together with representatives of the Indigenous peoples of the North from the Kalar District, while specialists from Yekaterinburg and Sevastopol created the visualization of the VR space. The project cost 1 million rubles.
