Smart Sports Ground Opens in Manturovo, Kostroma Region
The Spartak Stadium in Manturovo has opened a smart sports ground. Visitors can work out, play team sports, and track their progress online.
The stadium grounds have been transformed into a multifunctional sports complex. Those interested in strength training can use a workout area equipped with next-generation outdoor fitness equipment. For team sports, the site has basketball hoops and soccer goals, as well as fittings for a volleyball net. Safety and user comfort were key priorities in the design.
A QR code is posted next to each piece of exercise equipment. Scanning it gives visitors access to detailed videos demonstrating proper exercise technique. Connected to a digital ecosystem, the facility allows residents to track their progress and take part in online competitions. Free Wi-Fi is available, and visitors can charge their devices through USB ports while working out.
The sports ground is open to everyone, with no restrictions on access.
