Automatic Emissions Monitoring System to Be Installed at Lipetsk Region’s CHPP-2
The system will include a range of high-tech monitoring equipment.
A tender has been announced in the Lipetsk Region to equip the local CHPP-2 with an automatic emissions monitoring system. RIR Energo JSC is the project’s customer.
The system will consist of a range of instruments and equipment, including gas analyzers, devices for measuring flow, temperature and pressure, and systems for collecting, processing, archiving and transmitting data. The contractor will also be required to install control and power-supply cabinets, as well as ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The system will be installed on a 245-meter-tall smokestack with four flues.
Work is expected to begin after a final decision is made on project funding. The project must be completed no later than February 28, 2027.
