Rostelecom Unveils No-Code Builder for AI Agents

Lukomorye, an IT ecosystem within Rostelecom’s commercial IT cluster, has introduced Oko (Eye), a platform for building and running multi-agent AI systems in production.

The platform is designed for companies moving from standalone AI services to enterprise systems and integrates with existing IT infrastructure. At the core of Oko is a visual builder that lets users assemble AI agent workflows from blocks, add conditions and loops, and hand control to a human at key points. Analysts can design the workflows themselves without writing code.

According to the developers, visual workflow design can launch new AI use cases five to seven times faster than building them from scratch, automate up to 60% of operations and free up as many as 400 hours of a team’s working time per year.

“The platform isn’t tied to a specific language model. … This makes it possible to select models for specific tasks and replace them when necessary without rebuilding the business process itself, reducing dependence on a single technology vendor,” said Denis Romanov, director of the AI product development center at Lukomorye.
