Rosatom's Digital HR Ecosystem for the Nuclear Industry project is competing for the Moscow government's HR management award, "V Kadre." It has already made the shortlist of 60 finalists.
The HR Services Ecosystem is a unified digital environment. It brings together the state corporation's key HR management developments into a seamless space where employees and employers interact. The project eliminated the fragmentation of digital HR products, established unified user experience standards, and gave employees access to HR processes electronically through a single window.
The final jury assessment is now underway, with top executives from the public sector and business among the judges. From September 11 to 24, they will vote for the best solutions, and the results will determine 24 laureates and 12 winners.
