More than 600 WTC Moscow employees now work in Directum RX. The share of paper documents has fallen from 40% to 10%, while invoice payment approvals have become 41% faster. The system now handles the approval of contracts and amendments, internal memos and reports, incoming and outgoing correspondence, orders and directives, price lists, as well as 20 years of historical data.

In parallel with the transition, WTC Moscow employees developed 50 approval workflows and 130 document templates, set up a financial archive and integrated the system with 1C.

Previously, the center’s team used a heavily customized version of Directum 5.5, while a significant share of documents remained on paper. The new platform made it possible to preserve accumulated data and existing business processes while expanding electronic document management.

WTC Moscow plans to increase the number of platform users and introduce HR solutions based on Directum HR Pro.
