Rosselkhozbank Says Digital Security Tools Protect Half of Its Customers
Half of Rosselkhozbank’s customers already use built-in digital security features in the bank’s mobile app as the lender continues to expand tools that help users protect their money and personal data.

The mobile application includes self-imposed transaction restrictions, limits on online transfers and Faster Payments System (SBP) transactions, as well as biometric authentication. A dedicated section called “Ne day sebya obmanut” (Don’t Let Yourself Be Fooled) provides information on current fraud schemes, with explanations from the bank’s security experts. A “Report Fraudsters” button allows users to immediately alert the bank’s security team to suspicious activity.
Among the less visible but practical features are screenshot protection, caller identification, and the ability to hide accounts or deposits directly within the app interface. If a fraudster gains access to a customer’s device, hidden products will not appear on the screen. The feature can only be disabled at a bank branch.
By the end of 2025, the bank’s retail business conducted through digital channels had grown by more than 40%, while the share of customers using digital services exceeded 80%.
