Russia Doubles Its Registry of Digital Tools for Construction Industry

Russia has rapidly expanded its national registry of homegrown digital solutions for developers, marking a major push in tech adoption within the country’s construction sector.
The number of Russian-made digital tools available for construction companies has doubled over the past year, according to the Unified Information System for Housing Construction portal. The open registry now lists 875 digital products, up from roughly half that figure a year ago.
The database brings together solutions from 460 Russian companies, spanning more than ten areas of real estate development.
Nikolay Kozak, Managing Director for IT and Digital Transformation at DOM.RF, noted:
Industry experts say digital transformation in construction continues to accelerate in Russia. The expanding registry is expected to help developers further modernize workflows and adopt new tech-driven approaches in real estate development.
