Russia’s Komitas Is Helping Companies Automate Logistics Complexes
A manufacturer based near Moscow has designed and deployed a box-storage system at a Gloria Jeans warehouse.
The Komitas Group has completed the automation of a logistics complex for a clothing manufacturer. The company’s facility in Solnechnogorsk designed and implemented a box-storage system using advanced technological solutions, according to Ekaterina Zinovieva, Moscow Region’s minister of investment, industry, and science.
The high-bay storage system combines several technologies. Goods are received via two telescopic conveyors with a combined capacity of up to 3,000 boxes per hour, while stacker cranes and shuttle systems transport pallets and boxes within the facility.

Komitas is a Russian manufacturer and systems integrator specializing in warehouse and industrial logistics. The company relies on its own software to manage operations and offers conveyor systems, sorting complexes, and robotic platforms.
Earlier, IT Russia reported that the Avtomakon Group had been recognized as one of the leading players in Russia’s warehouse robotics market by the international analytics firm NextMSC.
