Russian Fertilizer Producer Switches to Domestic AI-Enabled ERP System
The platform is designed to automate production, sales operations, and cost calculation.

Russian fertilizer producer PhosAgro has begun using a domestically developed enterprise resource planning system called Global ERP, the company’s press service said.
The system was developed by specialists at Apatit, a subsidiary of PhosAgro, in collaboration with Biznes Tekhnologii, the vendor of Global ERP, and IT integrator Filosofiya IT.
The platform is intended to automate production processes, finished product sales, and cost calculation.
Expanded Functionality and Security
The domestic system completes monthly cost calculations in just one hour, compared with eight hours required by previous solutions.
Developers have also integrated artificial intelligence technologies into Global ERP. A built-in AI assistant processes large volumes of user instructions and technical regulations, providing clear answers to complex user queries. The company plans to further expand the AI functionality.
Another key advantage of the system is security. Computing resources, control stations, and data storage servers are located within the company’s perimeter and are not accessible to outside parties.
