Deputy Khamitov: “Digital Technologies Open New Horizons for Working with Youth”
A Russian lawmaker praised the CyberZarnitsa-2025 festival as a bold example of blending traditional training with digital formats to engage the next generation.

Speaking in an expert commentary, State Duma deputy Amir Khamitov called the CyberZarnitsa-2025 festival a vivid and timely example of the “organic integration” of digital technologies into youth engagement. He stressed that combining physical fitness tests, orienteering, and tactical medicine with virtual disciplines is both bold and highly relevant.
Khamitov pointed to the successful Future Games held in Kazan, which demonstrated the massive popularity of hybrid formats, drawing teams from 116 countries. He added that CyberZarnitsa, like phygital sports, does not replace classic games but expands them with elements that build teamwork, tactical, and strategic thinking skills.
Khamitov concluded that the future of such projects lies in synthesis. By reinforcing physical training, team spirit, and patriotic education with digital tools, young people can develop not only strong health but also practical skills essential in high-tech industries and cybersecurity.
