The solution simplifies operations and saves money.

Logistics company Pony Express has moved its corporate communications to the Kontur.Talk platform. Around 2,500 employees across 11 countries currently use the solution.

Previously, the company relied on two video communication services at once, which created a certain amount of confusion. In addition, one of the providers left the Russian market. The choice fell on Talk because of its floating licenses. The right to create a meeting is not tied to specific employees. Anyone with an available account can set up a call. This simplified operations and delivered cost savings.

"At Pony Express, employees hold calls in a wide range of scenarios: from urgent questions at the warehouse to international meetings. Floating licenses make it possible to use the service as needed and optimize video communication costs. For us, this project is a good example of how Kontur.Talk can cover the communication needs of a large distributed team without unnecessary complications for employees, IT, or the budget," said Ivan Shekhtman, head of the Kontur.Talk project office.
