Sberbank Opens School 21 Campus in Kamchatka
The Shkola 21 (School 21) digital technology school has opened a campus in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky as a joint project between Sberbank and the government of the Kamchatka region.

The new campus has 30 workstations and all the facilities needed for studying and working on projects. Residents can train for in-demand digital careers free of charge and gain experience solving real-world problems, while local companies can recruit graduates for internships and collaborative projects.
Sberbank CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board Herman Gref spoke at the opening. He said Shkola 21 offers not only knowledge but, more importantly, practical skills, while collaborative work brings together future engineers, programmers and artificial intelligence professionals.
The school has already launched its first 14-day selection intensive. A total of 340 Kamchatka residents applied, and 30 are now taking part in the selection process, ranging from experienced IT professionals to newcomers with no previous industry experience.
