Inteo Unveils New Automated Explosives Charging Machine
Its key feature is an automated control system.
Inteo, a manufacturer of drilling and blasting equipment, has unveiled a new automated mixing and charging machine. It is designed to prepare an explosive mixture and then deliver it into a borehole. The machine was presented at the SpetsMashExpo 2026 exhibition near Chelyabinsk, where equipment is demonstrated under real-world conditions at a test site.
The new machine is built on heavy-duty Ural and AMT chassis. Its key feature is an automated control system. It ensures that industrial explosives are mixed properly and precisely dosed as they are loaded into boreholes, while allowing formulation parameters to be adjusted without compromising quality.
All attachments are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminum. These materials were selected to maximize the equipment’s service life. For easier operation, the machine is equipped with a 360-degree video monitoring system, which improves workplace safety.
