Moscow Region Launches Online Tool to Check Relocation Status From Unsafe Housing
Residents of the Moscow region can now check the status of relocation from unsafe housing through the regional government services portal, eliminating the need to visit administrative offices.
The new digital service Informirovanie o statuse pereseleniya iz avariynogo zhil’ya (Relocation Status Information Service) was launched by the Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications of the Moscow Region. It is available under the “Housing” – “Property Status” section of the portal.
The service is available to Russian citizens residing in the Moscow region if their building has been officially classified as unsafe or if they own property in it. To submit a request, users must authenticate through ESIA (Unified System of Identification and Authentication). The application requires listing property owners and individuals living with the applicant without formal registration. Adults listed will receive a consent form for personal data processing in their accounts, which must be confirmed within three days.
