Russia Integrates Secure Mobile Workspace With Built‑In Corporate Video
A protected mobile workspace called WorksPad is now fully integrated with Kontur.Talk, creating a unified and secure ecosystem for mobile corporate communications.

Russia has completed the integration of the WorksPad secure mobile workplace client with Kontur.Talk, a corporate video‑communications platform. The compatibility was confirmed under the Ready for Astra program following a series of technical tests that demonstrated stable joint operation of the two products.
A Secure Workspace
WorksPad is a protected client that consolidates email, calendars, corporate files, and business applications inside an isolated container on a mobile device. Integration with Kontur.Talk adds embedded video‑communication tools, allowing users to participate in meetings, chats, and online conferences without leaving the secure environment.
Webinars and Chats
Kontur.Talk supports video conferences, webinars, chats, online whiteboards, and virtual meeting rooms. The service is available both as a cloud solution and for deployment inside a corporate perimeter. Its desktop clients run on Linux, including Russian distributions. It also passed compatibility testing with Astra Linux 1.7.5 and 1.8, making it suitable for high‑security environments.
Built for Mobile Work
The integration forms a unified mobile‑work ecosystem. All data, documents, communications, and video sessions remain within the secured WorksPad container and are not exposed to external applications. Users can plan meetings, receive invitations, and join video calls directly from the mobile workplace.
For Government and Business
The combined solution is aimed at government institutions and businesses that require mobility, centralized control, and technological sovereignty. WorksPad runs on moderate hardware, while Kontur.Talk can be deployed either in the cloud or within an organization’s internal network.
The result is a fully domestic software stack for mobile work and corporate communications—ready for industrial use and serving as a practical alternative to foreign platforms.
