Russia has launched an AI assistant designed to help real‑estate agents curate property selections for clients, according to Redcat’s press service. The digital tool interprets both professional terminology and everyday phrasing, making it easy to use across different skill levels.
Based on a natural‑language request, the assistant analyzes a database of 237,823 listings and 1,320 residential complexes, generating a presentation that highlights buyer benefits as well as the agent’s expected commission.
The system accounts for property categories, proximity to water, parks, fitness centers, smart‑home features, and other infrastructure. For each residential complex, it compiles a detailed brief covering neighborhood characteristics, construction timelines, and building features. Built‑in analytics track price trends and can identify units that have recently become cheaper or more expensive.
