Russian Tech Companies Unite to Launch a Nationwide Cloud SOC
A coalition of major cybersecurity and cloud‑service providers is rolling out Russia’s first rapid‑deployment cloud Security Operations Center, aiming to make enterprise‑grade protection accessible even to small businesses.

Russian IT companies are joining forces to strengthen cyberdefense capabilities. According to Forbes, firms including VolgaBlob, Nubes, Perspektivny Monitoring, and others have formed an alliance to launch a service called the Rapid‑Deploy Cloud SOC (Security Operations Center).
The offering is a preconfigured, ready‑to‑use protection suite that can be adapted to a company’s needs within a month—six times faster than traditional solutions. The platform is accessible even to small businesses because it does not require purchasing proprietary security infrastructure. The SOC provides round‑the‑clock monitoring and alerts organizations to cyberthreats, while experts respond quickly to incidents.
Security as a Subscription
VolgaBlob CEO Aleksandr Skakunov explained that the project brings together security‑service providers and companies supplying skilled personnel. Working jointly, they deploy cyberdefense centers on cloud platforms using only Russian software.
Partners plan to bring several dozen additional integrators into the project during the first quarter of 2026 to establish unified standards for quality and pricing across the market.
The emergence of a domestic cloud‑based SOC addresses a growing demand among IT firms. Experts say it could reshape Russia’s cybersecurity ecosystem by shifting the emphasis from costly custom projects to a comprehensive subscription‑based service.
