Russian Bank Completes Major Transition to Domestic Software

VTB has migrated over 53,000 employees to a new knowledge management system, ensuring seamless service for 26 million customers.

Russian banks are moving quickly to replace foreign software with domestic alternatives. VTB has completed a large-scale migration to the Russian-made platform 'Plus7 Mayak'. The upgrade gave more than 53,000 employees access to an updated system, helping maintain uninterrupted service for over 26 million clients.

The new system retains a familiar interface but expands functionality, giving staff faster access to critical information about products, services, and internal operations. This has sped up customer interactions across branches and call centers and made onboarding new employees significantly easier.

'Plus7 Mayak' is a modern corporate knowledge management platform used in contact centers, sales divisions, and technical support teams. Its unified database reduces operational costs and minimizes error rates. The system was developed by Russian tech firm DIS Group.
