The Tyumen Regional Medical and Rehabilitation Center Gradostroitel has introduced the Sensoriya 65 hardware-software complex. The domestically developed system builds individualized recovery programs for patients, addresses motor and cognitive impairments, and makes the rehabilitation process engaging, regional governor Alexander Moor said.

Diagnostics and Treatment Adjustment in Real Time

Sensoriya 65 is an interactive rehabilitation, diagnostic, and analytics platform. All procedures take place in an immersive, game-based environment designed to increase patient engagement. After each session, the system processes results and tracks rehabilitation dynamics. The data are available to all physicians involved in treatment, enabling them to fine-tune therapy in targeted areas.

At the core of the system are 23 therapeutic exercise-games with varying levels of difficulty. The platform offers rehabilitation programs for patients of all ages, including those with congenital and acquired disorders. Therapy covers five areas: memory development, attention, motor coordination, and improvements in speech, writing, and numeracy skills.

Adaptive Tests Approved by Russia’s Health Ministry and WHO

Cognitive assessment relies on adaptive versions of the MoCA, CDT, and TMT tests, approved by Russia’s Health Ministry and the World Health Organization. According to the developers, Sensoriya 65 is the first platform to present these tests in a fully automated format with computer-based analytics and electronic reporting.

Officials say the new equipment elevates rehabilitation services to a higher level of care, providing advanced treatment options to residents across the region.

Earlier reports noted that the one of its kind Krisaf robotic complex began operating at the Kemerovo Regional Children’s Hospital. The system is designed to open a new stage in rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy and trauma-related conditions.
