TEK Inform to Purchase Russian Software Worth 200 Million Rubles
The solutions will be deployed at enterprises supporting Russia’s energy security.

TEK Inform, an IT integrator focused on large energy-sector companies, is set to purchase Russian software worth 200 million rubles ($~2.2 million). The move is part of a broader effort to achieve full technological independence for enterprises critical to the country’s energy security.
The deal centers on solutions developed by Red Soft. The transition goes beyond replacing an operating system and aims to upgrade the entire digital environment. The package includes a virtualization management system, the Red ADM (centralized administration platform), and a proprietary database management system.
The database system is particularly important, as it meets stringent security standards. Migrating infrastructure to a domestic technology stack is becoming a necessary step to preserve asset value amid rapidly changing economic conditions.
