Virtual Workstations Get Dual Protection From Developers
HOSTVM and Kolibri-ARM have renewed their technical compatibility certificate for their virtual desktop infrastructure products.

HOSTVM VDI centrally provides and manages virtual desktops, while Kolibri-ARM handles their ongoing operation. This division of responsibilities allows IT teams to keep virtualization separate from day-to-day administration while maintaining a unified technology environment.
Kolibri-ARM can be used to manage inventories of workstations, operating systems and software, as well as roll out updates in bulk, including security updates. The system applies settings to groups of workstations at once and helps manage remote diagnostics and user support. This is particularly useful in environments with large numbers of workstations, where IT teams want a consistent setup with minimal manual work.
