Yakutsk Residential Complex to Join Mazhordom Digital Ecosystem
The platform will initially be deployed across four residential buildings.
IT company Filosoft has begun working with Yakutsk-based property management firm Tuymaada to connect a new residential complex to the Mazhordom digital ecosystem. The platform will be introduced in two completed buildings and two additional properties currently under construction.
As part of the rollout, residents and the management company will gain access to Mazhordom’s core digital services, including video surveillance, IP intercom systems, maintenance requests, resident chat channels, news feeds and polls, a marketplace for goods and services, utility bills, and integrated payment modules.
All platform functions will be accessible through a single mobile application.
