Elizaveta Beliakova: Partnering With Wildberries&Russ Will Help Us Bring Digital Safety Education to Millions of Children and Parents
On October 8, at the 2nd Global Digital Forum in Moscow, the Alliance for the Protection of Children in the Digital Environment signed a cooperation agreement with RWB LLC (Wildberries&Russ).
The agreement provides for joint educational initiatives to improve digital literacy among children and their parents and help protect them from cyber threats. Elizaveta Beliakova, Chair of the Alliance for the Protection of Children in the Digital Environment, spoke to the IT Russia media platform about when the first results can be expected.
– Elizaveta, what does this agreement mean for the Alliance?
– We’re very glad to have a new partner, Wildberries&Russ. It’s a major platform, and by working together, we can bring digital safety knowledge to millions of children and parents. I’m confident the partnership will strengthen the Alliance’s expertise in protecting children in the digital environment. No single organization can achieve this goal on its own. By joining forces, we can do more.
– What specific projects or areas of cooperation will the agreement launch?
– Our priority right now is education and awareness-raising around children’s cybersecurity. These are the areas where we’ll focus our work with Wildberries&Russ.
– When can we expect the first practical results from this partnership?
– In fact, we’ve already started working together, so I think we’ll see the first results within the next month. Wildberries is a platform with a large user base and considerable expertise. The company is already implementing technological solutions and various educational initiatives. I believe that together we’ll be able to scale up this work significantly.
