Carbonim Engineering Turns to Bitrix24 to Bridge Department Gaps

Composite products manufacturer Carbonim Engineering has implemented the Bitrix24 CRM system, enabling end-to-end visibility over orders – from the initial customer call to the quality control department.

Integrator Pervyy Bit configured a seamless data flow tailored to the manufacturer’s operations, linking sales, engineering teams and the production floor. Any employee with system access can now see the exact stage of an order – whether it is cost estimation, tooling production or final quality control.

“Previously, we spent a lot of time searching through correspondence and aligning details between departments. Now any employee with access can see exactly where an order stands – whether a cost estimate is being prepared, tooling is in production, or the product is already undergoing quality control. This has allowed us not only to speed up processes but also to improve customer loyalty by providing accurate timelines and greater transparency,” said Carbonim Engineering’s head of commercial operations, Nikolay Volkov.

According to Evgeniy Pastoshchuk, head of Bitrix24 implementation at Pervyy Bit, the main goal was not just to configure CRM records but to design a data flow where managers receive ready-to-use figures for clients, while production teams get clear technical specifications without distortion.
