Telphin Integrates Its Virtual PBX With ABCP Platform

The provider continues to turn one of its key products into a universal tool for boosting sales.

Russia’s telecom industry is continuing to integrate disparate tools into full-fledged ecosystems. These ecosystems help optimize business processes by reducing labor requirements and increasing productivity.

Platforms Complement Each Other

Recently, communications services provider Telphin announced that it had integrated its Telphin.Office virtual PBX with ABCP, a specialized system for automating sales and business management in the automotive parts sector. The platforms now complement each other, helping create a unified digital environment for customer interactions.

“The solution offers flexible tools for managing a company’s organizational structure, allowing incoming traffic to be distributed among different offices and administrator permissions to be configured for monitoring calls across different departments. For new customers, the system allows managers to create a customer profile during a call and then send an SMS request to complete registration,” Telphin representatives explain.

Never Miss a Potential Customer

Particular attention was paid to handling missed calls. The system can automatically call customers back, provide detailed reports on unanswered calls, and display notifications about them in the top control panel, helping ensure that customer requests are handled promptly.

According to the partners, the new integration gives managers at customer companies a significant information advantage. The system immediately identifies who is calling and opens the customer profile. The integration also enables one-click calls from any section of the platform, while the entire communication history, including access to call recordings, is stored in the ABCP CRM.

Reliable Communications Help Secure Profitable Deals

Improving communications between managers and customers is a critical priority for any company focused on large-scale sales. According to experts, systematic breakdowns in communication are often what cause deals to fall through. Modern tools can analyze the full range of customer communications, identify why deals are lost, and uncover opportunities for growth. The Telphin-ABCP integration is an important step toward addressing these problems.

In Russia, solutions of this kind are likely to be in demand primarily in sectors that handle large numbers of customer inquiries, including retail, service companies, contact centers, healthcare, financial services and logistics.

More Integrations Are on the Way

This is a genuinely large market. Telphin itself is therefore continually integrating its solutions with services used across a wide range of industries. Back in 2021, for example, Telphin.Office was “taught” to work with Klientiks CRM, which is also designed for healthcare organizations. The integration made it possible to link calls to customer profiles, access interaction histories, use call recordings, and automate administrators’ work.

Over the following years, the company expanded its integrations with other services as well. This year, Telphin’s virtual PBX began working with the CURS24 system and the IDENT healthcare platform.

Other major Russian telecom companies are also developing services designed to help businesses increase sales. In 2024, MTS was actively promoting its virtual PBX, which can integrate with CRM systems, 1C, websites and other business platforms. According to company representatives, their solutions increased the speed of processing customer requests by 50%.

The capabilities of virtual PBXs are clearly expected to continue expanding in the coming years as customers demand increasingly comprehensive solutions. Integrating them with artificial intelligence-based systems offers significant opportunities because such systems can significantly increase the level of automation. For Russian businesses, platforms of this kind are becoming one of the key tools for improving customer service and digitizing sales processes.

Integrating telephony with ABCP helps managers process requests faster. When an incoming call arrives, the customer profile opens immediately, showing delivery addresses, vehicles and VIN codes, account balance, the history of search requests, orders, shipments, returns and inquiries. The same screen also shows payments and receipts and allows managers to check whether the customer is on the stop list. Managers no longer need to search for this information during a call – they can immediately focus on the customer’s question
