Russian Digital Ministry Renews IT Accreditation for Atom Bezopasnost
Atom Bezopasnost, a cybersecurity company within the SKB Kontur group, has successfully renewed its accreditation as an IT company, preserving access to government incentives available to qualified technology firms.
Atom Bezopasnost, a company specializing in internal information security solutions, has successfully completed its annual accreditation as an information technology organization. The decision was approved by Russia's Ministry of Digital Development on July 15, 2026.
IT company accreditation provides access to a range of government incentives. These include reduced social insurance contribution rates and corporate income tax, VAT exemptions in certain cases, the ability to hire foreign professionals, and military service deferments for eligible employees. Accredited companies may also apply for government grants and preferential loans. Until 2026, accreditation was renewed automatically, but companies are now required to complete the process each year.
According to Khaustov, maintaining accredited status is strategically important for both the business and its employees, while the accreditation itself confirms compliance with the regulator's requirements.
The company's flagship product, Staffcop Enterprise, enables organizations to investigate security incidents, reconstruct event timelines, prevent data leaks, and monitor employee working time.
