VOXYS Targets Indonesia Market, Plans Localization of AI Platforms
The Kaliningrad-based group has begun talks to adapt its IT products for Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

A delegation of Indonesian IT companies and leaders of the industry association APTIKNAS visited the Kaliningrad headquarters of VOXYS to discuss technological partnership and the promotion of Russian solutions in AI and customer communications.
Following the meeting, VOXYS and PT Terre Tech Nusantara signed a cooperation agreement. The companies agreed to localize multichannel platforms and AI tools to fit the requirements of Indonesia’s national digital infrastructure.
Multiplatform Integration
During the visit, the foreign delegation toured the VOXYS IT laboratory. Guests were shown the OmniVox platform, which integrates telephony, messaging apps, social networks, and digital self-service tools into a single customer communication management system.
Developers detailed automation modules, including voice and text AI assistants, intelligent request routing, speech analytics based on LLM technology, and operator quality monitoring tools.
The parties also discussed integrating the platform with existing IT systems used by Indonesian clients. The companies are considering launching pilot projects in both corporate and public-sector segments, as well as adapting Russian products to Indonesian legal and infrastructure requirements.
A Growth Point
Indonesia is the largest economy in ASEAN, with a population of more than 270 million people. Since 2025, the country has been a member of BRICS.
