Sibagro Moves Procurement and Sales Entirely to a Unified Digital Platform
Sibagro agricultural holding has eliminated manual procurement and sales management by integrating its proprietary SRM system with B2B-Center solutions into a single digital procurement environment.
Sibagro operates a full-cycle meat production business through a poultry farm and pig-breeding facilities in 10 regions across Central Russia, Siberia, the Urals and the Russian Far East. The company has been conducting procurement through B2B-Center since 2020. During that time, the holding has run more than 70,000 procurement procedures, with more than 93% resulting in the selection of a winning bidder. Sibagro also uses the platform as a supplier, with the number of sales procedures reaching 10,000. More than 14,000 companies have taken part in the holding’s tenders overall.
