Trading Bot Speeds Contracting in Moscow
Businesses signed more than 90,000 contracts with suppliers over the past year using a digital assistant.

An online bot is helping Moscow-based businesses handle procurement, regional authorities said, releasing results for 2025. Over that period, companies signed 91,500 contracts with suppliers through the platform.
Using the trading bot, entrepreneurs can take part in multiple procurement sessions at once and offer their products to a wider pool of customers. Buyers, in turn, receive more competitive offers.
The trading sessions are open not only to Moscow-based companies but also to suppliers from other Russian regions. According to Maria Bagreeva, Moscow’s deputy mayor and head of the city’s Department of Economic Policy and Development, lower starting prices in procurements have saved customers more than 6 billion rubles (about $72 million).
Auction Operator
The bot functions as the operator of a mini-auction. During a session, a supplier sets the lowest price they are willing to accept, other participants submit their bids, and the bot places incremental offers down to the minimum price specified by the entrepreneur.
Today, the platform lists more than 3 million unique goods, works, and services. As many as 1,500 transactions are completed each day.
Of the 390,000 registered entrepreneurs, the majority are small and medium-sized businesses. Goods and services can be purchased not only by companies, but also by municipal customers.
