Trainer Will Remind Managers When It's Time to Learn

In the AI trainer from the Skorozvon service, managers can now assign training sessions to employees, and the service will remind them and show who has completed them.

The AI trainer simulates a conversation with a client, helps practice handling objections, and provides feedback. Managers now select a scenario, assign it to an employee, a group, or an entire department, and specify how many times the training must be completed. The employee receives an email with a link to start, while the manager sees in a single window who is already working and with what results. Previously, all of this had to be done manually, and the larger the department, the more time was spent on reminders and monitoring.

"Training only produces results if it is regular — skills are reinforced through repetition. Assigning tasks makes that regularity manageable: the manager sets the scenario and the training quota, and sees completion and results in one place," said Karina Vasilyeva, product lead for the AI trainer at the Skorozvon service.

According to her, training can be planned around department needs, such as for newcomers, a product launch, or a script change, and managers can track how training affects managers' conversations.
