Build a Private Home in Russia Directly Through Gosuslugi
Under the national project Ekonomika Dannykh (Data Economy), residents of Yakutia can now complete the entire process of building a private home online via Gosuslugi.

As part of the national project Ekonomika Dannykh (Data Economy), authorities in Yakutia have launched a digital ecosystem called Stroitelstvo Individualnogo Zhilogo Doma (Individual Residential Construction). Residents of the region can now complete the full process of building a single-family home entirely through the Gosuslugi public services portal.
The new service brings together every stage of individual housing construction into a single digital workflow. Users move from selecting a land plot to registering property rights without making in-person visits to relevant government agencies.
At Every Step
The platform guides users through each stage of construction and paperwork. It helps verify land parameters, secure land rights, prepare project documentation, and obtain the necessary approvals. Registration of the completed property is also handled online. After the house is commissioned, homeowners can use their personal account to submit requests for connections to gas, electricity, and water. All actions are completed within a single interface.
Distance Is No Obstacle
For Yakutia, with its vast distances and remote settlements, a digital interaction model is particularly in demand. The online format removes the need for personal travel and speeds up communication with government agencies.
The service is available in the “Life Situations” section of the Gosuslugi portal. Users simply select Stroitelstvo Individualnogo Zhilogo Doma and submit documents electronically through their personal account.
