Russia Unveils First AI Agent Ecosystem for Full-Cycle Software Development
T-Bank’s subsidiary has launched a unique 'agent mode' for programmers, capable of independently completing complex tasks and dramatically accelerating software creation. The ready-made B2B solution currently has no direct analogues on the Russian market.
The Russian company T-Technologies officially announced the launch of a full-scale AI agent mode for developers. The system is presented as a complete ecosystem of AI assistants, covering every stage of software creation—from gathering requirements to testing and long-term product support.
Its key distinction from traditional tools is the AI agent’s ability to understand the full context of a project. Built on the powerful Qwen3-Coder-480b language model, the agent can analyze repository structures, generate files, use utilities, and execute multi-step scenarios on a single engineer request.
With this system, launching test versions of products now takes minutes instead of several days. The introduction of AI assistants is already cutting time-to-market by 20 to 40 percent.
As Forbes notes, T-Technologies has become the first Russian big tech company to offer an out-of-the-box solution of this scale. It is a strategic step into the global market, which by 2030 could reach $3 billion.
