Unified Platform Streamlines Electronic Document Workflow in Russia
Automation implemented by Linx and KORUS Consulting has cut document processing time in half.

Cloud provider Linx and KORUS Consulting have automated the processing of revenue-related documents using the ELMA365 platform.
Linx develops a cloud and infrastructure ecosystem, provides IaaS and PaaS services and operates Tier III data centers in Moscow and St. Petersburg. As the company expanded, the volume of contractual and financial documentation increased. Document approvals were handled through multiple tools, including corporate email and separate systems, which complicated analytics and oversight.
The company therefore needed a unified software environment with transparent routing logic that reflected its organizational structure. KORUS Consulting became the project partner. The teams chose the low-code BPM platform ELMA365 as the technological foundation for the initiative.
Flexible Routing and Built-in Compliance
Within the system, developers configured an approval matrix that automatically determines the document workflow based on specific parameters. Users can generate approval sheets, track document versions and make edits through a single interface. Status updates and the full history of changes are available at every stage of the approval process.
Compliance checks and work with counterparties were also automated. The development team created a unified database of clients and suppliers.
The project has become a starting point for further development of internal digital services.
