A new digital navigator has been launched in the MAX messenger for residents of Tatarstan, bringing together links to the republic's primary official online resources. According to the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, the service is designed to eliminate the need to search across multiple websites and applications.

The navigator provides direct access to the websites of the Rais of Tatarstan, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Council, the Kazan Mayor's Office, as well as ministries and municipal administrations across the republic. It also connects users to the public services portal chatbot, the republic's Multifunctional Center (MFC) chatbot, and the online public reception portal.

Through the public services chatbot, residents can schedule medical appointments, check taxes and traffic fines, or submit reports through the public oversight system. The MFC chatbot provides office hours and real-time workload information for My Documents service centers, while the online public reception portal allows users to send requests to any regional government agency.

The ministry said the rollout of services such as the new navigator is aligned with the goals of the Ekonomika dannykh (Data Economy national project) and is intended to make government services simpler and more accessible.
