A chatbot from the Perm Network IT University has launched in the Russian messaging platform MAX, the regional Ministry of Digital Development said. The bot provides information about free training programs in digital technologies. It introduces users to available courses, the universities participating in the project, helps explain the admission process, and answers questions. The regional ministry confirmed that three leading universities in the region support the initiative. At Perm State University, Perm National Research Polytechnic University, and the Higher School of Economics, students can enroll in one of 77 free training programs, including courses in programming, internet marketing, artificial intelligence, and other fields.

New Opportunities for Regional Residents

Training is available to residents of the region and people working in the Perm region, both online and in person. Courses are open to university students as well as to people who already hold a higher-education or vocational diploma. The regional Ministry of Digital Development said the list of programs has expanded this year to include more courses in programming, domestic automation technologies, and digital document management. For the first time, the program will also offer training on the use of neural networks and AI agents. The initiative aims to help residents gain in-demand skills or even transition to a new profession. Over six years, the Network University has already trained more than 9,000 people. The courses are developed with the participation of leading IT specialists.
