Russia Launches Digital Platform to Support Young Innovators

A new mobile app is designed to connect rising professionals, showcase their projects nationwide, and give them access to mentorship and resources.

Russia has unveiled a digital platform for young professionals aimed at promoting innovative projects and fostering collaboration across industries. The initiative was announced by Artyom Sheykin, deputy chair of the Council for the Development of the Digital Economy under the Federation Council, during a plenary session of the Future Leaders Foundation.

The mobile app is envisioned as a hub for professional growth—a space where users can share ideas, collaborate on projects, access educational materials, and connect with mentors and industry experts. It also serves as a showcase for innovation, giving participants a chance to gain national visibility for their work.

Empowering a New Generation

According to Sheykin, discussions are already underway with Russia’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education about integrating the platform’s features into the federal “Education” domain, expanding its reach across the country. The senator emphasized that the project represents another major step in federal-level support for young talent.

“This will allow the government to tap into fresh ideas and implement innovative solutions developed by emerging leaders,” Sheykin said.

Developed by Russian engineers, the platform features a user-friendly and multifunctional interface, designed to make collaboration, communication, and idea-sharing seamless—helping a new generation of professionals turn creativity into impact.
