Rosatom Unit Launches Operator-as-a-Service for EV Charging Networks
Partners can connect their stations to the RSZS platform to manage charging sessions without building their own IT systems

Rosatom Set zaryadnykh stantsiy (Rosatom Charging Station Network) has launched an operator-as-a-service offering for third-party owners of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Partners can now connect their charging stations to the RSZS IT platform and use it to manage charging sessions. The model removes the need to invest in proprietary software or telecom infrastructure, the state corporation’s press service said.
Full Technical Support
A pilot agreement has been signed with Atomdata-Innopolis, a Rosatom subsidiary building the Innopolis data center in the Republic of Tatarstan. Under the new service, RSZS will handle the full technical backbone of charging operations, including stable internet connectivity via cellular networks, integration with a mobile app, 24/7 monitoring, and technical support. Fees are charged based on completed charging sessions.
According to Iskander Mardanov, business development director at Atomdata-Innopolis, the Innopolis data center is actively building sustainable infrastructure, adopting solutions that reduce carbon footprint and support an environmentally friendly ecosystem.
Lowering Key Barriers
Earlier, it was reported that Rosatom presented an updated digital strategy through 2027.
